Missing puncta mora
Kept ARII version because dcrochu's version is just PsM81 with synthetic neumes. Added synthetic neumes. Both ARII and PsM81 are composite restitutions, the logic so far has been to use recent restitutions (AM2000s, AR1/2) if they exist.
