Rsigns from LH83

Added oriscus on pressus, but not on salicus because there is no way to prove this is not a scandicus

Changed two puncta mora from LH83 to episemata (found in H, in the more recent part, cf. https://www.e-codices.unifr.ch/en/csg/0391/015 )

rectified the formula on veNIte to fit other II/ which have an oriscus there. The quilisma is not always episemated -> did not add episema.

Added synthetic NABC. The beginning is loosely based on H1I
