From Solesmes 1957, with a rework of rhythmic signs, and oriscus sign added in salicus and pressus

Removed 1 episema and changed a three-note neume typset as a scandicus to a salicus in order to follow Solesmes 1957 more closely

Added dcrochu NABC, changing two cllsc3 to cl- to fit Solesmes 1957 episemata

Removed lsl (not really useful as synthetic nabc, with the square notes) to hopefully reduce the score height
