Added neumes, keeping the Vaticana melody for now, pending discussions on what to do with this relatively well-known R/

Revised this R/ such that those singing from the GR, LU, and NR can sing together (some puncta mora changed to episemata, augm.liq. added, oriscus added, etc., which does not significantly change the interpretation). Added synthetic neumes where needed.
